Our Choices

Here are our choices. Its pretty hard to get an idea what the house will look like. (Trust me I've Googled EVERY possible search term) Enjoy taking a peek at our choices.
The Elevation
We chose "Elevation C" (on the left side) We like the peak on the left side with our partial stone.
The Floorplans
We decided with the optional fireplace (arrow) and the optional morning room. (arrow)
This is our upstairs floorplan. The arrow indicates where our Laundry Room will be.
The Colors
Our partial stone will be "Aspen Stone"

A. Front Door-Naval Blue

B. Shutters-Dark Blue

C. Siding - Island Pearl

A. Tahoe Cherry Cabinets by: Timberlake "Portfolio" collection

B. Hardwood flooring throughout the Main Floor

C. Handrail color

D. Carpet color selection throughout the 2nd Floor

Right under the letter D is our Flooring selection for the bathrooms.

A. Our countertops: Antique Mascarello by Formica 180fx

B. Cabinets Again

C. Hardwood Flooring

We think 210 will look something like this when it's finished. (minus the elevation)

  1. Welcome to the blogs! Love your selections! We also picked the Antique Mascarello and we have the same vinyl flooring for our laundry room, 2nd bath and basement bath. We also "met" one of our new neighbors through the blogs. Can't wait to actually meet in person. Good luck to you with your build. We are set to close in May as well.

  2. Your options look great! I really wanted a blue door and shutters, but the options just didn't work out for us. It looks like we may have the same carpet too.

Is your pic of the Aspen stone from what's on display in the FF model? We also chose Aspen, but that's definitely not the sample I saw (but it would make sense because now that our stone is up, it's not what I was expecting).

  3. Great selections! Can't wait to see everything as it comes together.

  4. Congratulations! You are going to love watching those selections as they go in the house.

  5. Hi! We are contemplating between models and do love the Sienna also. Our sales rep said they could not add any other island besides the smaller on without the seating ledge. How did you get this one? This is really moew of what we want as well. Thanks for the is very helpful.

    1. Our island was a non-standard request. We chose the island out of the Florence model. We thought that the small island with a kitchen table made the morning room a waste. We chose the bigger island which you could put stools under, and pulled the island out. We basically made 3 rooms (living room, dining, kitchen) into 2 bigger rooms. I would just tell your salesman that you saw it done and you HAVE to have it. Im sure they would get it done for you.
